Privacy Policy

DiagnosticBazaar is a platform operated by Aggarwal Diagnostics Lab that helps you discover and compare diagnostic tests and health packages offered by third-party diagnostic laboratories, and submit an enquiry when you find something you're interested in. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use DiagnosticBazaar, how we use it, and who we may share it with.

We only collect the information you provide when you submit an enquiry through the website:

• Your name
• Your mobile phone number
• Your city
• If you enquire about a specific test or package, the test/package and lab you selected (and the price shown to you at the time)
• If you submit a General Enquiry, an optional note on what you're looking for (for example, "help me find the right test" or "just want a callback")
• That your enquiry came from the DiagnosticBazaar website

We do not currently ask for or collect your email address, payment details, or any government ID. We do not use cookies or analytics/tracking technology to monitor your visit, and DiagnosticBazaar does not require you to create an account.

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your enquiry and contact you about the test, package, or question you asked about
• Help you compare or understand the diagnostic options available to you
• Handle general enquiries and callback requests
• Operate, maintain, and improve the DiagnosticBazaar service

When necessary to respond to or fulfil your enquiry, we may share the information you submitted (such as your name, phone number, and the test/package you asked about) with the relevant third-party diagnostic laboratory or service provider named in your enquiry, so that they — or we, on your behalf — can follow up with you. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Test and package prices shown on DiagnosticBazaar are informational and provided for the purpose of enquiry — they may change, and the final price is confirmed directly with you at the time of booking. Submitting an enquiry does not create a payment or purchase.

After certain enquiries, DiagnosticBazaar may open WhatsApp on your device with a pre-filled message, to make it easier for you to reach us. Opening WhatsApp in this way does not, by itself, send anything — you still need to press Send, and we have no way of confirming whether a message was actually sent. WhatsApp is operated by a separate company, and your use of it is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, not this one.

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain our business records, and meet any applicable legal or operational requirements. We do not currently apply a fixed, automatic deletion period to enquiry data. If you would like your information reviewed, updated, or deleted, please contact us using the details in Section 9.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including access controls that restrict who can view enquiry data. No method of storing or transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

DiagnosticBazaar is intended for use by adults submitting enquiries on their own behalf or on behalf of a family member. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. We do not operate any age-verification system.

DiagnosticBazaar may reference or link to third-party services, such as WhatsApp. These third parties have their own privacy policies and terms, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the DiagnosticBazaar service changes. The "Effective date" above reflects the date this version took effect.
